EV CHARGING SERVICE

   1. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is being provided by E4EV Energy Storage Private Limited (“E4EV”) to the customers of E4EV (“Customer”) using the E4EV Mobile Application (“E4EV App”). By using the E4EV App you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy. This Policy may be revised from time to time at the sole discretion of E4EV.
   2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers can cancel or reschedule their EV charging station booking through the E4EV mobile app at any time.
   3. At present no charges are collected for cancellation and rescheduling of the booking. However, E4EV reserves the right to change, alter, modify, amend, and update this Cancellation Policy, from time to time at its sole discretion or on account of changes in law or otherwise. All terms and conditions apply to the extent permitted by law.

Accessing your information

As mentioned in our Privacy Policy, if so, required for statutory requirements or legal requirements, E4EV may keep Customer information in Our backup systems even after the Customer has deleted information from our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction or use.

EV CHARGERS

(1) Cancellation policy for EV Chargers

a) Right to cancel: You have the right to cancel the order before the shipment of EV chargers. The cancellation period is valid till seven days from the date upon which you or a representative of a Third Party nominated by you signed the agreement to set up EV Charging stations under our business model, before the chargers are shipped. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us: E4EV Energy Storage Pvt. Ltd., Door No.2211, 2/1149/I, Hilite Business Park, Olavanna, Kozhikode, Kozhikode, Kerala, India, 673019. and inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or phone ) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. 

b) Consequences of cancellation: Only, and only if  E4EV approves the cancellation, all payments will be reimbursed within thirty days at the latest from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. However, this reimbursement approval is conditional and should meet the criteria set under our refund and cancellation policy. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction unless you expressly stipulated otherwise.

FOR AC CHARGERS: We may refuse reimbursement until we have received and checked the returned goods, or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must send back the goods promptly and in any event no later than three days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such loss in value is due to a necessary examination to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the incorrect handling of the goods by you.
