Refund Policy

Using E4EV services constitutes your acceptance of this refund policy. The following terms apply to any products or services you purchase with us.

CHARGING SERVICE

USER REGISTRATION

The person who is using the service should be registered to the system as a user/ customer. User/ customer, who uses the service should have downloaded the E4EV Charging application from the Play Store or Apple Store and registered themselves as user/ customer by providing personal information such as phone number, email & name. The user can use either their phone number & email for registering purposes. Additional personal information might be required after registration subject to services the user/ customer requests.

CONNECTION TO THE SERVICE

The user should have accessed the charging points with the help of the E4EV Charging App.

CHARGING SESSION

The charging session starts from the time when the user starts the session through the app/ RFID Key & the session is considered ended when the timer runs out for the session. Also, the session is considered ended if the user/ customer terminates the session manually from the App/ RFID Key It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the charging begins & completes correctly.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR REFUNDS

      • The device is unable to provide output even when there is a power supply.

      • The device is inaccessible due to any software/firmware-related issue from E4EV.

      • The device stopped abruptly due to some technical issues. Here, in cases where there are Energy consumption values, a partial refund can be done based on the usage.

      • In cases where the payment was successful & the user was unable to charge because of a problem in the hardware/software, the transaction ID shall be collected from the user & cross-verify the same with the concerned team internally. If found eligible, the refund shall be processed for the user.

    • Any failure/ error during the wallet recharge transaction. In these cases, the User has to get in touch with the Payment gateway provider. If found eligible, the refund shall be processed by the Payment Gateway Provider itself.
     
      • NOTE: There will be no refunds for any other causes apart from the ones listed above. 
     

    PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING REFUND

    On special cases, for issues that meet the eligibility criteria and only if approved by E4EV Energy Storage Pvt. Ltd., the refunds can be raised by sending an email to email@e4ev.in or raising a request in the in-app support panel with the reason for the refund of the fee. Refunds will be processed only for requests submitted within 72 hours of the booking. Refund requests raised after 72 hours of the booking date shall not be eligible for refunds. The approval/ settlement of the refund requests can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

    DEFINITIONS

    For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to E4EV Energy Storage Private Limited , Door No.2211, 2/1149/I, Hilite Business Park, Olavanna, Kozhikode, Kerala, India, 673019.

        • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

        • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods/EV Charging service from Us.

        • Service refers to the Website and Mobile App. Website refers to E4EV’s website, accessible from https://e4ev.in/

        • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

      YOUR ORDER RETURN/REFUND RIGHTS

          • You are entitled to request your refund within 3 days, if you meet the eligibility criteria for refund.
